The TII 371 IROB Protector Assembly is composed of a Model 349-2LG MKI I Primary Protector, a TII 371-02 Secondary Protector and a TII 151 Faceplate Ground Adapter Screw. Each protector is mounted in a separate housing with a hinged cover.
Primary Protector (TII 349-2LG MK11)Secondary Protector (TII 371-02)
- The housing is molded from a rugged plastic material and includes a hinged cover that snaps shut securely, a grommet for wire penetration and a No.10 ground stud.
- The primary protection consists of two (2) TII 356L, encapsulated, heavy duty, three-electrode gas tube protector modules
- A tie wrap can be inserted through a tab on the hinged cover for security
Protection Level:
Red-Green = +/- 7 volts
Red-Ground, Green-Ground = +/-39V
Yellow -Black = +/-15V
Yellow-Ground, Black-Ground = +/-17V
- The housing includes four (4) screw terminals, a six-position modular
jack, and a 3' ground wire terminated in a spade lug. It is molded from the
same rugged material as that of the TII 349 and has a hinged cover and
flexible grommet for wiring penetration.- The secondary protection consists of solid-state surge suppressors and
fuse assembled on a printed wiring board.- A tie wrap can be inserted through a tab on the hinged cover for security.

TII 343 PROTECTOR FOR IN RANGE - OUT
OF BUILDING COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

The TII 343 contains both primary and secondary protection mounted in a mgged plastic housing with a hinged cover. The housing includes three (3) grommets for wire penetration, a No.10 ground stud and an eight-position modular jack. A tie wrap can be inserted through a tab on the hinged cover for security.
The primary protection consists of four (4) TII 356L encapsulated, heavy duty, three-electrode gas tube protector modules.
The hybrid secondary surge protection is assembled on a printed wiring board within the Model 343. Secondary protection consists of two electrode gas tubes, solid state and fuse elements.
Secondary Protection Level:
Line 1-4 = +/- 7 volts
Line 5,6 = +/- l5 volts
Line 7,8 = +/- 55 volts
